The internet is always breaking down. There are RATS in the car park. The car park is full of dog poo and untidy. The swimming pool is always dirty nobody cleans it. The corridors and communal areas are a disgrace the cleaning staff are lazy. The manager is absolutely useless not interested in the Guests at all.

We stayed here.We booked this Service apartment for 5 days because that is their Maximum stay. I was totally schocked. When I saw the room that we booked. Its very small they called standard room. The room has a double bed and the hard matress, Room has TV but no Cable, hot shower.The room is clean and this place is very close to Robinson shopping mall and alsoThe wifi here is so weak, if you wanna have good wifi they gonna charge more. We tried to get our refund and move to another Hotel but they cannot refund your money.If you want to upgrade your room to a more space room you better pay more Type C,B and A has more better Room but this is only for monthly payment. Dont ever try to book to this place. You might not like your Room.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe, Personal wollte Geld für Aufenthalt im vorraus,beim umwechselnvon Euro in Bath in der nahen Bank war mein Eigentum in dem kurz zuvor erhalten Safe in einer Holzsafewand entwendet

パタヤの歓楽街からは少し離れたセントラルパタヤのBIG-C Extraの近隣にあります。客層はファランの長期滞在者が多いです。一泊700バーツからですが月額で長期だと6500バーツで滞在可能です。BIG-Cに徒歩一分の立地ですので非常に便利です。設備は少し古さを感じますがメンテナンスがきちんとしており、清潔です。レセプションの対応も非常に良いです。部屋はベランダに洗い物ができるシンクがあり、簡単な自炊も可能です。パタヤで長期滞在されるなら非常にお勧めできるアパートだと思います。ハイシーズンはほぼ満室になっているようです。
